*Organic blueberries are packaged in high-quality food-grade air-tight mylar bags and when heat sealed appropriately will last many many months (if not longer). As always- freeze-dried candy/food should remain closed or sealed when not in use to avoid reconstitution of moisture which will ruin the texture.
Our products are prepared under the Texas Cottage Law guidelines and labeled as such while also maintaining Texas Health Food & Safety certification requirements but are not prepared in a commercial kitchen.
